How do you make protein balls?
It’s so simple to make these date balls! These date balls are a great snack that you can keep on hand.
Are dates healthy?
Dates are healthy and a natural sweetener. Dates are the fruit of date palm trees, which can be found in tropical areas worldwide.
Dates have a sweet taste and a chewy texture. Dates are fiber-rich, with nearly 7 grams in each 3.5-ounce portion. These also contain antioxidants.
You can add them to your smoothies, like this Banana Date Blend, or savory dishes like these Moroccan chicken thighs.
