Friday Finds

London Quilted Cushion

It’s Friday again! It seems to come around quicker and quicker every week. 2016 will be here before we know it! SCARY.

Here is this week’s list of interesting things:

Some friends of mine have been singing the praises of Soak Flatter Spray. Apparently it is far superior to starch sprays and works magic on wrinkled fabric. Better add it to my Christmas list!

If you are a regular instagrammer, check out this master list of fantastic creative hashtags. I’ve found it super helpful and a way to find interesting creative communities on IG.

I recently read Yes Please by Amy Poelher (great memoir) but I’ve since been told by several people and read several recommendations that I MUST listen to the audio book version because Amy herself reads it and it’s hilarious.

Two months ago I cleaned out my closet. Hardcore. I got rid of 3/4 of it and I’m so much happier. I also feel like I have more to wear. (To be honest I think I should devote a whole blog post to why I did it and the outcomes!) Here is some inspiration.

Doughnuts are everywhere on food blogs, pinterest, Facebook. Cue cravings! I bought one of these and it’s been fantastic. Doughnuts whenever we like.

  1. I seem to be reading so much more since your Kindle bargains have come on the scene! Thanks for sharing 🙂

    1. Me too now that I’m paying more attention to the special deals! I’m trying to build up a stash on my kindle so that I have some reading ready to go for next year when I’ll no longer have access to my beloved library.
